Report recommends expansion of harm reduction-syringe programs in Kanawha County

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — A survey by a nonprofit organization recommends expanding harm reduction/syringe service programs in the Charleston and Kanawha County area.


The West Virginia Drug Intervention Institute said in a news release Monday that it released the report after a month-long analysis of community opinions and perceptions.
