New naloxone kits placed at South Charleston library in attempt to save lives

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Last spring Eyewitness News introduced you to the West Virginia Drug Intervention Institute during a special report titled "Beat the Stigma."


The institute had a plan to invest in community efforts to fight drug overdose deaths by placing naloxone kits in various public places, and that plan included libraries.
