Block party at Slack Plaza celebrates substance use recovery with harm reduction tools

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Every six hours in 2021, someone died of an overdose in West Virginia. Free Narcan was given Saturday in Slack Plaza during an early celebration of International Overdose Awareness Day next Thursday.
