The ONEbox® family of products are covered by a One Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase; excluding damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, normal wear and tear, force majeure (acts of god/natural disaster) and/or unauthorized modifications. Buyer must directly contact the DII within the one year from the date of purchase and defective product must be returned to be replaced free of charge. No return credit.
